There have been problems accessing the FTP site using various browsers. Below is a list of what we have found that work and doesn't work regarding the FTP site as of August 2009.

The MARIS Technical Center staff have no idea why some of these browsers work and some don't. If you feel you need to find out, please contact the browser vender company.

	Internet Explorer (IE) FTP is fully supported.
	Google Chrome was released in 2008. It seems to have no problems with the FTP site yet so it is regarded as being fully supported.
	Apple Safari browser is the default browser for Mac systems and is also available for Microsoft Windows. As with Google Chrome, there seems to be no problems with the FTP site and is regarded as being fully supported.
	Firefox has problems with downloading data from the FTP site and various other data, such as the 2007 Color Infrared Imagery (CIR). Please use one of the fully supported browsers when downloading data.
	Opera has problems with downloading data from the FTP site and various other data, such as the 2007 Color Infrared Imagery (CIR). Please use one of the fully supported browsers when downloading data.

Lastly, if anything else on this web site doesn't work with your particular browser, e.g., the Delta State GIS video lecture series, all we can advise you to do is try another browser until you find one that works.
